2013 Energy Conservation Grant Proposals

Tags:

After successful programs in the last four years, the Environmental Commission will again offer Energy Conservation Grants in 2013. Projects which seem appropriate might be: a comprehensive energy audit, solar panels, new light fixtures or retrofits for existing light fixtures in order to accommodate CFLs, furnace upgrades and/ or replacements, devices to better control light and heat use, insulation upgrades, and other projects to conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions. If you have a project in mind which we have not listed, please feel free to suggest it for a grant.
